RETURNS

GO TO WAR accepts returns within 14 days of original purchase. The returned item must be unworn and in new condition. To start a return, you can contact us at support@gotowargear.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

REFUNDS
After receiving the returned item, GO TO WAR will issue a refund for the value of the item. GO TO WAR will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete. If your package was delivered but you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to contact the post office and resolve the issue. GO TO WAR will issue a refund or send out a new item in the case of a missing package. If you have a missing package please contact support@gotowargear.com, this only applies to packages that were never delivered. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

EXCHANGES/RETURNS

To exchange an item, print out your email invoice and mail that along with your item back to us at.....  along with a short note on the correct sizing you would like. 

All exchanged items must be unworn and in new conditions. 

Once we receive customer returned merchandise we will immediately take care of corrections that need to be made.  We will review your invoice and corrections you have given and will correct any errors made on our behalf.
